The Account Executive will be mentored by the Senior Managing Directors and will play a key role in the McDermott & Bull Interim Leaders practice by introducing the firm to new and emerging customers and aiding in the creation of long term successful business relationships.

Make outbound calls, send emails and LinkedIn messages to a defined and assigned target list of executives and schedules in person and phone meetings for the VP of Sales.
Achieve/exceed established daily and monthly productivity goals for outreach count and scheduled meetings, with an emphasis on growing the existing customer base.
Conduct targeted research to identify potential clients to fulfill business development outreach and marketing efforts.
Attend client and prospect meetings with the VP of Sales.
Drive marketing campaigns to defined target lists and conducts follow ups with the goal of increasing the firm’s visibility in the market.
Foster the growth of a strong customer base through creating positive customer interactions and building strong customer relationships.
The employee must conduct their work activities in compliance with all company internal requirements. Company requirements include compliance with ethics, safety, financial, human resources, and general business policies, requirements and objectives.

A minimum of a Bachelors Degree
2 years of (inside or outside) sales and or recruiting experience
Must be proficient with MS Office
Exceptional customer service and follow up skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A positive attitude with a “no task is too small” approach
Comfortable in an environment where 80% or more of client interaction is phone based
