This interim executive leader search was led by Rebecca Miller, Senior Managing Director. The company had no formal compensation structure in place and turned to McDermott & Bull Interim Leaders to seek an individual who could assist them in developing a compensation program to help attract, retain, and motivate talent. The interim leader is currently responsible for providing the compensation foundation for future HR strategies that reflect the company values.
The interim leader is an innovative Human Resources executive with compensation and benefits expertise, both as a senior executive as well as a consultant. He has developed domestic and global compensation and benefit structures for employee bases ranging from a few hundred to over 20,000 for companies such as IHOP, 99 Cent Only Stores, and UTI Worldwide.
